Moonshine Bandits are about to blow your mind with their rock-soaked new single “Lady Luck.” The duo—comprised of Tex and Bird—are living the country dream, defining their own specific blend of hick-hop, pop and country into an infectious concoction. AXS is honored to exclusively premiere the new song, featuring Crucifix, on Monday (April 6). The track hits all major digital retailers tomorrow. “The rockin’ guitars and feet stompin’ drums made this track come to life! Once we added the Vocals we knew that this would be a song for all the ladies to be wild and free and raise a little hell,” Tex says. “We don’t make toe tappin’ tunes, we like to make music that’s gonna get you up and moving, so this is definitely going to be a great track to do at our live shows.”
Bird chimes in:
“When I first heard the production, I was hooked and drawn in immediately.. and once tex, me and crucifix dropped our vocals, I knew that this song will be a hit and not only just among our Shiners but world wide. A true summer classic!”
“Lady Luck” samples the duo’s forthcoming new album, expected to drop sometime this summer. In the coming weeks, Moonshine Bandits will also be making a big tour announcement. Stay tuned for updates!
They’ve taken an extremely impressive grassroots approach to their music, and that has already paid off in dividends. Previously, the duo has amassed over 15 million YouTube views, a loyal fan base cheekily referred to as The Shiner Nation, and a No. 1 video on CMT.com and a No. 2-peaking clip on CMT’s High Five Countdown.
